Xaviere Daumarie is an illustrator and a comic book artist with a passionate love for fairytales, historical fashion and weird characters.
She has created cover and interior illustrations for adult and middle grade books, graphic novels, comics and character, creature and prop designs for book series.
Clients include Subterranean Press, Penguin Random House, Harper Collins and To Comix.
In 2018, she was nominated for a Spectrum Award in the comics category. (Spectrum : The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art, volume 25)
She’s a polyglot, speaks French, English, is a professional Japanese manga translator and is currently learning Korean.
When she's not working for clients, she’s creating her own stories where a lot of people die, only a few remain dead and none lose their sense of humour.
